STCS Alumni keep up preps for 2008 Diamond Jubilee

The monthly meetings are held on schedule with increasing numbers in attendance. With three months to go and the gymnasium project now fully operational, all systems are almost ready to go for the eventful 2008 STCS Diamond Jubilee celebration.

The STCS Class of 1975 is one of the core planning teams actively supporting the preparations for the Diamond Jubilee. Right after the Nov 11 2007 alumni meeting, Class 1975 proceeded to the residence of batchmate Noli Bautista in Gueguesangen, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan to celebrate his birthday.

1.    STCS Alumni     Batch/Class   Organizations	Organizations by Batch Class. More information and advocacy for the other batches who have not yet formally organized.	The Class Organizations will be included in the Alumni Souvenir Book.
2.    Uniform T-shirts           Color Coding	Order Alumni t-shirts by Batch/Class including sizes to the STCS Alumni Association T-shirt  cost P150.00 each. Reiteration of Color Coding  by Decade     Color                          Years     Gold                     -  1950 - 1959     Green                  -   1960  -1969     Sunkist Orange     -  1970 - 1979     Red                      -  1980  -1989     Peach/Pomelo     -  1990 -1999     Blue                     -   2000 - 2007	Deadline to order the  Alumni t-shirts  is  on December 31, 2007
2.  STCS  Diamond      Celebration      Souvenir Book  a) Contract Price     of Souvenir               Book   Ads	The Souvenir Book Ads will be circulated by the 2nd week of February 2008. Reiteration of  Prices  for the Ads 1 full page ad - P2,500.00   half-page ad - P1,500.00	Souvenir Book  Ads  payment/ pledges  should be  submitted  to the Souvenir Program Committee by EO December 31,  2007. Send both  hard and soft copies of your ads/l logos/ pictures/ message/s or  greetings.
b)  Ad Payment by       Class/Batch	Two - pages compulsory  at P2,500.00/ page.  First page for  HS photos’  2nd page  for recent pictures, like reunion pictures, other  occasions,  etc.	P5,000.00 payment for the 2-page Souvenir Book per Class/Batch.
3. Articles for the         STHS Diamond       Anniversary       Souvenir Book	Alumni experiences/ accomplishments or anything interesting  worth sharing. (Recollection of the Past). You may Include photos  in   your write-up/articles. Maximum of 2 pages.	Deadline  for  the submission of articles/write-ups is on December 31, 2007. Souvenir Program already off the press and circulation by the 1st week of February, 2008.
4. Alumni      Registration  Fee     by  Class/ Batch is      P5,000.00 except        Class  2003 up	Alumni Registration fee of P5,000.00 per Batch /Class  except Class  2003 up.	Deadline  of payment is  on December 31, 2007.
5. Regular Alumni      Meeting  .	Please attend  or  send  your Class/Batch  representative/ coordinators to attend the regular meetings for updates.	The Regular Alumni Meeting is held every 2nd Sunday and 4th Sunday of the month, 2:00 p.m. at the STCS.
6.  Alumni Medical              and Dental       Mission	Please donate medicines, supplies and materials, food, alumni medical/ dental  personnel and other  volunteers  to render  services free of charge. 7. List of Graduates	Submit your  edited list of graduates by Batch/Class	To be  included in the Souvenir Book.
