MNHS CLASS ' 59 CELEBRATES IT 'S GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY

 

 

 

The  much-awaited  Golden  Anniversary  of the MNHS  Class'59  have  finally  arrived .  Class '59ers  from  abroad  came  to join  their  former  classmates  based  in  the  Philippines  .  There  was   much  jubilation  , indeed . 

 

 

 

Fred  Martinez  was   not  able  to  attend  the  Class '59  Celebration  in  the  Philippines . He  sent  his  message  which  was  read  by  Lito  Quinto  during  the   celebration  at  the  Star  Plaza .

February  21st , 2009 .......The  day  started  with  a  Mass  at  the  Santo  Tomas  Catholic  Church , followed  by   breakfast  at  Rosie  Generosa's  house .  The  event  was  moved  to  the  Gym  of  MNHS  where  lunch  would  be  served  and  the Fellowship  Hour  would  take  place .

 

T-shirts  and  name  tags  are  being  distributed  to  the  Class ' 59 members . Juliet , Zenaida and  Rosie  are busy  taking  care  of  the  line-up..

"Squeezing the eggplant " is  one  of  the parlor  games  that evoked a lot  of  laughter .

   

The  guys  seem  to  be  just  enjoying  what  is  going  on   specially  the  parlor  games ...

 

 

 

 

 

The  winner  of  the  "Eggplant squeeze"  is  being  announced  by  Melba Biagtas  , who  is  the  coordinator  of  the  games ...

Hi, Fred , It is my pleasure to be able to post the MNHS Class '59ers pictures and articles . You are right ! ! The class '59ers are all looking good . I am also grateful for being invited to the MNHS Fellowship Day at the MNHS campus . It gave me the opportunity to see former classmates ( elementary ) and acquaintances in that event .

Let us continue the celebration in Las Vegas , then . Venus is the only STHS Class 59'er who will be attending the event in Las Vegas .

So , see you in October 23-26 .

Marie ... Thank you so much for posting the pictures of the MNHS59ers Golden Anniversary celebration. The 59ers are all LOOOOKINNNG GOOD! Thank you too for attending the MNHS59ers Day at the campus and taking the pictures.
