"MNHS Class 75 held its Reunion at Monte Carlo Resorts and Casino in Las Vegas, USA on August 28-31, 2008. The reunion was a milestone: a year when everyone turns 50; a needed "must-see-each-other" party after 33 years since High School; and a forum to plan for the 35th Anniversary -Grand Reunion in the Philippines in 2010 in conjunction with MNHS' 65th year!
The alumni who attended came from as far as Philippines, Hawaii and Ireland, and other 5 states in the US and Canada. Everyone had a blast! We are still like high school kids giggling and laughing on top of our lungs as we were together strolling by the Strip, posing for pictures with all the colorful neon lights, shopping, eating, dancing (Ballroom or Line dances) and telling our life stories to one another up to the wee hours of the morning. The laughter and merriment seemed not to end. It was a happy time not just a time to reminisce childhood memories but also a time to cry together, encourage one another and regroup to be re-envigored for a stronger push in life ahead.
The group decided to hold yearly reunions, alternating between east and west coast of the US. Next year, it will be in Toronto, Canada. Then, the Grand Reunion In 2010 in Mangaldan. In 2012 it will be a Europe Tour cum Reunion in conjunction with the Olympics in London wherein we plan to visit the countries in Europe where our classmates are. Except for the Grand Reunion in 2010, the yearly reunions will be held during the Labor Day weekend. Therefore, to all of Class75, come aboard! Join the fun and adventure! Our batch is alive and strong!
