Two Diamond Ladies Celebrate Special Milestone

Two gracious and dignified ladies recently treated friends to a joint birthday celebration . One turned 86 and the other 79 years old . Both are retired Master Teachers who are well respected and much admired by their peers , former colleages and former students . Both are now very active in church activities specially in the Catholic Women's League .

The joint birthday  celebration  was held  at the Perfect Chinese Cuisine  in Mangaldan ..

Mrs. Filomena  ( Feling to family and friends ) Tamondong  Palisoc  at right , spent more than 20 years abroad , first  in  Edmonton  ,  Canada  and later in San Francisco , USA .. Holding a dual citizenship  , she can  always  go abroad  anytime  she pleases .. She turned 86 years old  last July 4th , 2008 .

The other celebrator is Mrs. Rosalina ( aka  Sally ) M. Gonzales  , who turned  79 years old  last July 13, 2008 .  She spent  some time in Australia  where one of her daughters  reside . However, she chose  to spend her retirement years  in Mangaldan tending to her collection of orchids  and euphoria  plants .

The  honorees  , Mrs. R. Gonzales  and Mrs. F. Palisoc  are seated  while  the  guests  standing  are  Mrs. Conchita G. Aquino , Mrs. Elena P. Petrona , Mrs. Emma B. Ocay , Mrs. Milagros Quinto , Mrs. Nita G. Calicdan , Mrs. Romana M. de Vera , Mrs. linda S. Ang , Mrs. Corazon Q. De Guzman , Ms. Teresita A . Oca and Dr. Carol A. Oca .

   

Mrs. Corazon B. Marron ,, Mrs. Demtria C. Biala , Mrs. Rosalina , Gonzales , Mrs. Filomena T. Palisoc , Mrs. Nieves P. Castro , Mrs. Remedios Ydia  and mrs. Fanny L. Paragas . One of these  ladies  is now in her  90's . Can you guess who ?  ( any prize  for  the right guess , Tita ? )

An  earlier  celebration  for  Mrs. Filomena  T. Palisoc  took  place at the Dagupena  Restaurant  in Calasiao.
