Rodolfo Yden Cervas , a former councilor of Mangaldan lost his battle with diabetes . He passed away on the evening of June 17th , 2009 . He is survived by his wife , Maria ( Nene ) Biason , his children , Gerard , Veda , Nolan and Girly and his only surviving sibling , Rusty Cervas Miraflor of Burnaby , B. C . Canada , and his nieces and nephews . ...
Rudy , as he was called by family and friends , was 69 years old , being born on November 19 , 1939 . He was a former two - term councilor of Mangaldan having served in 1971-1975 and in 1976 -1980 during the terms of former Mayor Macario Ydia . He also sat on the board of the MAWAD ( Mangaldan Water District ) .
No funeral date has been set yet ..

Hi, Philip thanks for giving the exact years of Kuya Rudy's terms as Councilor of Mangaldan .
We lost three of our former town officials in less than two months .
We shall remember them in our prayers ..

Kuya Rudy was a former Municipal Councilor of Mangaldan from 1971 to 1975 and January 1976 to February 1980, both during the term of Mayor Macario Ydia. He served Mangaldan well and was beloved not only by his constituents but also his friends and relatives.
Condolence to the bereaved family.
May the soul of Kuya Rudy rest in peace and be with the Lord Almighty God!.
