He is survived by his wife , Maria ( Nene ) Biason , his children , Gerard , Veda , Nolan and Girly and his only surviving sibling , Rusty Cervas Miraflor of Burnaby , B. C . Canada , and his nieces and nephews . ...
Rudy , as he was called by family and friends , was 69 years old , being born on November 19 , 1939 . He was a former two - term councilor of Mangaldan having served in 1971-1975 and in 1976 -1980 during the terms of former Mayor Macario Ydia . He also sat on the board of the MAWAD ( Mangaldan Water District ) .
