Alberto Leo Fabia, former Barangay Captain of Poblacion, Mangaldan and now newly elected municipal councilor, sent the list of new barangay officials for Poblacion. The elections were held this October 2007.

Brgy. Capt. Samuel Villanueva is the spouse of municipal councilor Magda Villanueva and also the father of former Poblacion SK Chairwoman and Mangaldan SK Federation President, Christine Villanueva.
