Below is the summary of the contract :
1) Guest Room Block Requirements
a) Standard Rooms
To qualify for the discount , a minimum of 10 rooms must be occuoied for the following days : October 21, 22, and 25 and a minimum of 20 rooms must be occupied for the following days , October 23 and 24 . If we fail to meet the above , we must pay the prevailing hotel room rate .
b) One Bedroom Suite
To qualify for the discount , the hotel requires only one unit from October 22 through October 25, 2009 .
2) Room Rates :
a) Standard Rooms for October 21, 22, 25 and 26
Single and double Occupancy...................$ 42.00
Triple Occupancy...................................$ 57.00
Quad Occupancy....................................$ 72.00
b) Standard Rooms for October 23 and 24
Single and Double Occupancy ...................$ 86.00
Triple Occupancy ..................................$ 101.00
Quad Occupancy ..................................$ 116.00
c) One Bedroom Suite
For October 21, 22, 25 , and 26 ...............$169.00
For October 23 and 24 .......................$ 219.00
All above rates are net plus 12% county tax and service charge . Children under 14 years of age may share a room with parents at no charge provided that additional bedding is not required .
3) Cancellation and Refund Policy
Individual room released or cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date will be subject to cancellation penalty equivalent to the first night's room rate plus tax .
Any refunds will be processed through the Accounting Department . Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for a refund to be processed .
