Silverio ( Boy ) Moulic have released the latest update on the Las Vegas Grand Reunion . It will be a three day affair , officially . It starts on Friday , October 23rd , 2009 with a Registration and Welcome Reception at the Gold Coast Hotel . There will be a light dinner for those who register . Saturday ( October 24th will be the Gala Night ( Formal Dinner and Dance ) at the Gold Coast Hotel . Sunday ( October 25th , 2009 ) will be a picnic at the Sunset Park . Lunch will be served . The three day activities will cost each person $ 85.00 ( excluding hotel accomodations ) : $ 15.00 for the Welcome Reception , $ 50.00 for the Dinner Dance , $ 10.00 for the Picnic ( lunch ) and $ 10.00 for miscellaneous expenses .
Other Mangaldanians may want to arrive earlier to enjoy the shows or other activities that Las Vegas offers . You may want to arrange for your own accomodations in any of the hotels available .
The planned trip to Grand Canyon is tentatively set for Wednesday , October 21st . Please let Boy Moulic or the working committe know if you are interested or e-mail us through the "Comment " section so necessary arrangements for the trip may be made .
Other activities will go on as previously planned . For early birds and aficionados , golf is tentatively set for Thursday , October 22nd . The bowling tournament will take place in the evening of the same day . The Karaoke bar for the "Mangaldan Idol " is being negotiated for interested parties on Friday , October 23rd after the Registration and Welcome Reception .
The letter for the solicitation of Ads for the Souvenir Program will be sent out soon . You can get ready with your family pictures or individual pictures for the ads .
