SOUVENIR JOURNAL DEADLINE EXTENDED!
To accommodate the requests of many, the deadline has been extended to September 15, 2009.

We would like to thank those who have already sent in their ads.

Again,a reminder for the Executive Committee...we need your passport size photos. Also, we need messages along with a passport size photo from the presidents of associations related to Mangaldan.

ETC...Checks were received from:
1. Gloria Tandoc-Surot for $60 - half page ad
2. Mr & Mrs Fred Martinez for $100 - full page ad

The following checks were received:
1. $300.00 for 3 full pages from Marie Aquino-Junio (Donors: MAREVA, MNHS Class 59 and Marie A. Junio with their respective ads)
2. $85.00 from Nap Aquino for the 3day event.
Also received were passport size photos from Marie A. Junio (with message), Djoma de Guzman and Rusty Miraflor for the Executive Committees.

From the Souvenir Journal Committee:
a) Deadline is definitely August 15, 2009. Any ads received after will not be guaranteed. Page sequencing is based on the date the ads are received.
b) If you have a camera-ready ad, it is better for you to email the ad to jandjtum@verizon.net. This will ensure the best quality in the journal.
c) All incumbent presidents/coordinators of existing associations related to Mangaldan (MANYJER, MAONCA, MAREVA etc) will be honored with a message in the journal. Please include your picture on the upper right side and email.
d) All Executive Committee Chairpersons are asked to send their passport size pictures
e) We do not have a lot of time between now and the deadline. Please avoid the pressures of the press and send your ads as soon as possible.

Here's a friendly reminder from the Souvenir Journal Committee:
We are getting closer to our First Grand Reunion and not many have sent in their ads. As mentioned on the solicitation letter, the sequencing will be based on the date the ad is received. We strongly suggest a "camera-ready" ready ad. This will save a lot of time and errors will be less if not error-free.

I understand the back cover, inside front cover and inside back cover are already taken, and a one-page ads is $100.00. Are the inside pages be printed in color or black&white? If not in color, how much would it cost for one-page ads in color? The MNHS59ers are interested in having their ads in color. Thanks and Aloha/The MNHS59ers
